Presented by the City of Ashland, in addition to karaoke and pictures with Santa, attendees will enjoy fresh pizza, Christmas cookies, and a bag full of Christmas goodies. This event is geared towards kids K- 6 grade. 

3. BoCo Holiday Light Trail

Nightly through January 2

Embark on a festive adventure along the BoCo Holiday Light Trail, a delightful journey showcasing beautifully decorated homes and neighborhoods in Boyd County, Kentucky. Follow the trail to witness stunning light displays that capture the essence of the holiday season.

4. Christmas Movies at Camp Landing

Dec 3 & 4, Dec 6, Dec 10 & 11, Dec 13, Dec 17 & 18, Dec 20 / Various showtimes

Camp Landing is bringing your favorite Christmas movies to the big screen all month long! Relish the nostalgia and warmth that these movies bring during this special time of the year. Admission to the movie is $5.00 per person, or 5 canned food items.

5. Catlettsburg Christmas Parade and Christmas Party

Saturday, December 2  / Parade starts at 4pm on Louisa Street  /Christmas Party begins at 5pm at the Old Post Office 

Experience all the small-town holiday magic at the 1st Annual Catlettsburg Christmas Parade. Known for their Labor Day Parade, this new addition to the town's tradition is sure to be spectacular!  Marvel at the festive floats, marching bands, and cheerful participants such as The Voice’s Holly Forbes, as they spread holiday cheer along the parade route.

6. Hometown Christmas in Russell, KY

Thursday, December 7th  / Time: 5 - 9 pm

Celebrate the essence of community at Hometown Christmas, an event brimming with local charm and holiday spirit in Downtown Russell. The event will kick-off with a parade and then attendees can enjoy train rides, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and food trucks!

7. Christmas on the Square in Downtown Greenup, KY

Sunday, December 3 / Time: 2 - 5 pm

Don't miss out on Christmas on the Square in Downtown Greenup, KY! A merry celebration filled with joyous activities for all ages including a holiday parade, kids puppet show, crafts, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a Giant North Pole Slide all FREE for kids. In addition to all the free kids activities, adults can have fun shopping at the Village Market featuring over 50 craft vendors and their homemade goods! Food trucks will be available to purchase food.
